Outstanding gift. He engraved a patch I gave a quick photo of (not an .svg file) which is impressive, the quality is awesome, and the turn around was awesome. Ordered, customized, and shipped within 2-3 days of placing the order. Also, immediately replied and put my worries to rest when the leaving party got moved up right after I placed the order. Absolutely going to be a return customer.
