Absolute worst customer service I have experienced in my 36 years. Not only did she blame me when the proof was correct and I typed it out in the request, but she was incredibly rude and combative. Instead of rectifying the error, she told me to take it up with Etsy. This is my second order and even my first correspondence with her she was rude, but I liked the plaque so I ordered another only changing rank, name and position. To blame the customer for your error and then not fix it is absolutely beyond me. I spent $150 for a misspelled plaque and to get talked to terribly. Spend your money elsewhere!
